Q.Are there limits to the tasks the Social Support Ninjas will do?
A.To help make sure we can keep all of our customers happy, we can only do small fixes and jobs. This means that 60 minute tasks are in scope; and larger, more complex projects are out of scope.
Q.Will you support multiple social media sites?
A.Certainly. But please note that our support plans are just for one business. You are welcome to sign up twice if you have two businesses.
Q.This sounds too good to be true… how can you provide unlimited support for monthly clients?
A.We’re fair and we’ve found our monthly clients are as well. We support a reasonable number of tasks per client and we will let you know if you’re stretching the friendship.
Q.Who are your team members and where are they located? I'm worried about security.
A.Our team are all currently Australian based, soon to be expanding to the USA. Your information is 100% safe and secure and is never, ever shared.
Q.What does unlimited 24/7 support mean?
A.You can submit as many social media requests as you’d like, but they must be submitted one by one. E.g. you submit a support request, we solve it, then you may submit the next request.
Q.Do I have to commit to a contract on the monthly plans?
A.No. Our monthly service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees. Our customers retain us every month because we’re the #1 provider of social media support.
Q.How long does a request take to complete?
A.It depends! We solve anything from a quick yes/no question to a technical dilemmas that may take us a bit longer to get to the bottom of.
Q.Can you help me with my website?
A.Yes! Quick fixes are within our scope, but anything too technical we have to send over to our website experts for an additional fee.
Q.I’m thinking about signing up... when will you solve my problem?
A.Our team will start working on solving your problem on the same business day you sign up. We have to check your details and activate your account first. Once that is done, you can submit your first request.
Q.Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A.Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 30 days, we will refund your subscription. Please note that this policy also applies to the yearly plan.
Q.Do you complete tasks on weekends?
A.Yes 🙂 24/7 means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q.I haven't created my social media sites yet. Is your service right for me?
A.Yes! We can guide you over the road bumps or you can order a done-for-you service. This way your social media accounts are set up the right way, from the start.
Q.I want to cancel. How do I do that?
A.Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of you. 🙂
Q.I have a launch/deadline coming up. Can I count on Social Support Ninjas to make the launch date or deadline date?
A.Social Support Ninjas works by submitting requests one at a time. A request can take minutes to solve or up to 48 hours (depending on the complexity of the request).
So if you believe that this gives you enough time to make your deadline or launch date, feel free to sign up. Otherwise, I recommend you wait to sign up when the delivery speed of our service won’t be a bottleneck in a time-sensitive situation.
Q.Why did you start this company?
A.Running a social media support desk is extremely rewarding. Whilst working with a small group of business owners was nice, we wanted to take our knowledge to the world and help as many people as possible navigate the ever changing world of social media. We are always getting questions about this and that and now with Social Support Ninjas we have a systemised way of responding to everyone with affordable, quality social media support services for our customers.
